Approximately 51% of Ronald McDonald House Southwest Ohio’s Unrestricted Net Assets consist of non-liquid assets, primarily our building. The remaining balance represents approximately 3.5 times our annual operating budget and is used for supporting strategic future programming and meeting the growing demand to be able to serve more families in the future.
